Casting announced for 'Chicago' at Drury Lane

Drury Lane Theatre has announced the cast of the Chicago-area return of "Chicago."

Broadway veterans Kelly Felthous and Alena Watters will star as Roxie Hart and Velma Kelly, respectively. The production also features Guy Lockard as Billy Flynn, Justin Brill as Amos Hart, Michael Accardo as Master of Ceremonies and E. Faye Butler as Matron Mama Morton. The ensemble includes Jessica Blair, Lauren Nicole Blane, Matt Casey, Brian Duncan, Rueben Echoles, Erica Evans, Alejandro Fonseca, Michael George, Allyson Graves, Rachel Hafell, Daniel Hurst, Joseph London, Jay Reynolds Jr., Haley Schneider and Aaron Umsted.

As previously announced, artistic director William Osetek will direct, with choreography by Jane Lanier and music direction by Roberta Duchak.

Featuring a book by Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse, music by John Kander, lyrics by Ebb, and based on the play by Maurine Dallas Watkins, "Chicago" runs April 20-June 18 at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace.
